Home Delivery / Specific Address:
If you would like us to deliver directly to your address outside the meet-up points, a small delivery fee will apply. The fee depends on the distance and will be confirmed before delivery. -
Processing Time:
All orders are carefully prepared and typically ready within 7–10 business days] for pick-up or delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
If a product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions to return the item. -
Exchanges: You may exchange a product if it is: Damaged or not as described, or

Conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for any delivery or meet-up fees associated with exchanging the item.

Exchanges are possible for items of equal value. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. -
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
