At Home Right, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and convenient.

  • Meet-Up Locations: We offer pick-up in two areas for your convenience:

    • Warrens

    • Sheraton

  • Home Delivery / Specific Address:
    If you would like us to deliver directly to your address outside the meet-up points, a small delivery fee will apply. The fee depends on the distance and will be confirmed before delivery.

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are carefully prepared and typically ready within 7–10 business days] for pick-up or delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns:
    If a product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions to return the item.

  • Exchanges: You may exchange a product if it is: Damaged or not as described, or

  • Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for any delivery or meet-up fees associated with exchanging the item.

  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal value. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.

  • Exceptions:
    Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
